Two recent projects successfully handled by Offshore Freight can be viewed in the full article with details as follows:
- We supported the construction of a power plant in Ghana where, in the 1st phase, we transported around 122 x 40’HC containers from Tema Port to the project site before offloading and stacking. Our excellence in delivery and expertise earned us the 2nd phase of the project which involved the lifting, transport and offloading of over 2000tns of power plant equipment and transformers on site. Both phases of the job were executed professionally and successfully with detailed attention to health and safety, equipment and the environment.
- Our customer had to demobilise over 1000 units of drill pipes and accessories weighing over 500tns for shipping from Takoradi in Ghana to Houston, USA. We were awarded the contract to arrange and stuff the pipes into approximately 30 x 40’FT closed containers for export. After arranging the equipment and completing all documentation with customs for export, the pipes were stuffed into the containers and loaded on board the vessel. The project was completed successfully and without issue.
