Israeli members, Kamor Logistics have successfully completed the delivery of the first allotment of Light Rail Transit Cars delivered from China to Israel for the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Light Railway System. This shipment included modules for the assembly of the first 2 out of 90 such rail cars expected for the project.
The cargo arrived from Tianjin to Haifa and was discharged directly onto extendable low-bed trailers which then transported the units to the assembly site in the Tel Aviv region. Kamor Logistics provided the local services in Israel of clearance, land transport and discharge at the receivers’ premises.
The operation was successful and swift and all items were safely delivered and discharged at the allocated resting place within just a few hours. Please click here to watch a short video of the light rail transit cars arriving at Haifa.
